Low-Cost Personal NAS Server
To host my local services and back up my data affordably, I assembled a high-performance NAS using salvaged components (4th generation i5 processor, 16GB DDR3) for around fifty euros for the base kit.

The system runs on Debian. I used MergerFS to create a software RAID unifying my drives to obtain a 3 TB network volume. CasaOS manages the interface and Docker containers, currently hosting services like Jellyfin, with the infrastructure ready to accommodate Nextcloud or Pi-hole in the future.
